TIGERS BUS TRIP!!

Cost: $80.00 per person
What you get: You get a bus ride on a luxury charter bus with 55 other people! (Each bus holds 56) Lunch of Jimmy Johns and whatever other food we get donated, ticket to the Tiger's game. According to the promotional calendar the Tigers have a pregame clinic for fans! After the game you get a ride home on the luxury bus with an in transit movie!
PLEASE: RSVP soon! Seats will go fast! Invite your friends and family to go!!! We are trying to have a separate family bus for those that would like to make this an event for their children! Bus makes 2 pickups in Kalamazoo, goes to Hockey Town Café for lunch before the game (You are responsible for your lunch at Hockey town), then you walk to Tigers stadium for the game!
All of the proceeds will be donated to the CUFF AND LADDER fund. This is an organization that helps Kalamazoo county Fire fighters, Police and EMS personnel during illness, injury and other times of need.

North VS. South Hockey Game
Portage Police/ Fire VS. Kalamazoo Public Safety When: Saturday February 12, 2011 Game starts at 4:30 Where: K- Wings stadium Cost: $15.00 per person (Kids 2-12 are only $9.00) This is a charity game to raise money for the CUFF and LADDER Fund. Each ticket purchased gets you into the Battle of the Badges game, as well as the K-Wings hockey game afterwards! Who doesn't want to come out and watch our local public safety professionals go at it on the ice for bragging rights! Tickets for this event can only be purchased prior to the event. The 2nd Annual Cuff and Ladder Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser
Are you longing for the warm days of Summer? Do you need something Hot and Spicy to break up the the chill of Winter? The Cuff and Ladder Fund is proud to announce its first fundraiser of 2011. The 2nd Annual Chili Cook-Off starts at Noon on January 15th and will be held at the Library Bar on W. Michigan Ave. There are currently 30 chili's entered in the competition being supplied from local restaurants, car dealerships, firefighters, police officers, EMT's and other individuals throughout Kalamazoo County. With so many entries and variety of flavors it would be difficult not to find the best tasting chili you have ever had.
Those attending this family friendly event will be able to vote for their favorite chili and enjoy live music provided by "The Bronk Bros." The chili with the most votes will be crowned the "Grand Champion" and receive a trophy and $300. There will also be "Champion" trophies handed out to the top vote getters in the following categories: Car Dealerships, Police/Fire/EMT and Individual.
The tickets are $10 at the door for adults, $5 for kids 6-13 years old and FREE for kids under 6.

The Cuff and Ladder Fund (Kalamazoo County Police and Fire Assistance Fund) has been providing emergency assistance to Kalamazoo County's police officers, firefighters, other public safety personnel, and their families since 2006.
Mission Statement
Kalamazoo County Police & Fire Assistance Fund is a 501(c)(3) human service agency providing emergency assistance to Kalamazoo County's (Michigan), police officers, firefighters, other public safety personnel, and their families.
- To provide financial, emotional, or other assistance during times of hardship due to illness, injury, death, loss of home, or other hardship.
- Help those needing assistance to find and/or work with other agencies able to provide the needed emergency assistance.
